Financial Services Rep I or II (full-time)

About the role

Join an exciting and dynamic team dedicated to developing the next generation of business professionals! Our Clovis West branch is seeking an FSR II or III to guide and support 30+ high school students serving as Student Financial Service Representatives (FSRs).

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and support student FSRs in their day to day transactions
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills (or desire to develop them)
• Provide exceptional member service
• Aid in financial transactions and assist members on platform with membership and loans
• Encourage leadership, teamwork, and professionalism among student staff
• Help maintain operational efficiency and a positive branch atmosphere

Requirements

• Previous cash handling and/or customer service experience
• Desire to provide outstanding member service
• Ability to cross-sell
• Self-motivated
• Good communication skills
• Dependable (arrive to work on time as scheduled)
• Candidates for FSR II will have membership/vault or lending experience
• Spanish speaking is desired
