Financial Services Operations Representative I
About the role
In your role as a Financial Services Operations Representative, you are the front line to our clients and our clients’ clients. This position provides transaction processing services with a customer-focused approach. You will work as part of a team for the purpose of providing proactive and innovative solutions to customers. Team members share a commitment to professional development and delivery of quality service.
Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of transactions for alternative investment (ALTS) accounts, including purchases, redemptions, transfers, and account updates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Review and validate transaction details to maintain data integrity and minimize risk in a highly controlled environment.
- Follow established procedures and controls to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support overall operational efficiency.
- Participate in cross-training opportunities to build knowledge across functions and support team flexibility.
Requirements
- A high school diploma required.
- One year of financial services or related operations experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, process-driven environment.
- Comfortable managing repetitive tasks while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet high-volume processing demands and critical deadlines, particularly during peak periods.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 annually.
Schedule
This position is hybrid, with 6 days per month in-office at Kansas City, MO.
