Financial Services Officer
About the role
This role is more than opening accounts or processing loans; it's your opportunity to help fulfill our vision of Empowering Generations, Transforming Communities. You'll drive success through service—delivering an exceptional experience, hitting sales and referral goals, and growing your book of business by building relationships both inside and outside the financial center.
You'll expand your financial knowledge, sales confidence, and ability to serve members at a higher level. You'll interview loan applicants, explain options and terms, approve or deny loans within guidelines, and ensure every file is complete and accurate. You'll support loan servicing functions, balance transactions, promote self-service tools, and help members navigate every part of their financial journey with confidence and clarity.
