Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• At least 4 years of experience
• Professional certifications such as CPA, Member of the Bar, or relevant tax, technology, or finance credentials

Qualifications

• Master of Laws in Taxation preferred
• Demonstrated technical tax abilities and commercial judgment
• Effective management of multiple projects and deadlines
• Proactive communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret complex tax laws and apply them pragmatically
• Supervisory and coaching experience with junior tax professionals
• Experience analyzing accuracy of entity information
• Experience with automation and digitization in services
• Success as a tax technical business advisor

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation is determined based on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws.
