Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with key Financial Services clients, from pre-sales to implementation
  • Lead delivery teams and act as the delivery expert in large pursuit deals
  • Maintain key executive relationships and serve as an escalation point for customer issues
  • Design and architect comprehensive Financial Services Cloud solutions addressing complex business requirements
  • Leverage banking experience or extensive project delivery to understand and address client needs
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Salesforce, Snowflake, and Tableau
  • Advise on data and AI-driven concepts to align platform investments with business outcomes
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and review solution proposals, resourcing plans, and SOWs
  • Evaluate client-specific technical landscapes and incorporate delivery expectations into engagement sizing and approach
  • Contribute to the sales cycle and lead client presentations
  • Oversee service delivery on key accounts, guiding the successful completion of Salesforce and data projects
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention, managing risks and issues
  • Guide team members in adhering to Atrium's methodology and best practices

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in Fortune 1000 accounts
  • 10+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry or banking
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering multiple successful FSC implementations
  • 3+ years of pre-sales experience, comfortable defining project scope and resource needs
  • Active Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accreditation
  • Deep understanding of the FSC data model and banking processes
  • Strong understanding of core banking regulations and industry trends
  • Experience managing C-level relationships and enterprise-level engagements
  • Experience with data platforms and CRM implementation
  • Experience with data modernization and annual book of business of $1 million or greater
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills for managing complex, multi-threaded engagements
  • Ability to make independent judgments and lead multi-disciplined, globally distributed teams
  • Strong project management skills, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management
  • BA/BS or MBA, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
