About the role
As a Financial Services Professional you are often the first point of contact for financial advisors who rely on you to help them serve their clients and grow their businesses. Each day, you'll handle a high volume of inbound calls and inquiries from financial advisors, helping them navigate account questions, operational processes, technology tools, and service requests. Advisors are often working under tight deadlines, so responsiveness, professionalism, and problem-solving skills are critical.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls and inquiries from financial advisors
- Assist advisors with account questions, operational processes, technology tools, and service requests
- Provide responsive, professional, and effective problem-solving under tight deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of customer service or call center experience
- Interest in Financial Services
- Previous banking or financial services experience a plus
- Sign-on bonus available for candidates who have already obtained their SIE
Schedule
Training: Mon-Fri from 7:30am - 3:30pm for 4-6 weeks
After training: Must be available for any schedule Mon-Fri between 5:00am - 6:00pm
Pay
The pay range for this position is $52,000.00/yr.
