Financial Services Associate (Part-Time)

About the role

Process customer transactions in a timely, accurate manner while adhering to established Bank regulations, policies, and procedures. Assist customers both on the phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Offer banking products and services to prospects
• Develop strong customer relationships
• Initiate the HPG sales process when asked about accounts

Requirements

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Good oral communication skills, proper grammar, and professional appearance
• Pleasant, courteous, and a good listener
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and float to all banking centers as needed
• Satisfactory record of work performance and adherence to all Bank Policies and Procedures

Qualifications

Post-high school education or one year of experience in banking or a related field preferred.
