About the role
We seek a dynamic individual with keen attention to detail, a passion for quality improvement, and the ability to multitask and problem-solve creatively. As an IFP team member, you will play a critical role within our organization in helping our financial representatives grow their financial services practice.
Responsibilities
- Partner with financial representatives to develop successful practices using proprietary software.
- Lead operational improvement processes within an advisor’s practice.
- Communicate with Home Office, representatives, and clients for policy approval.
- Craft comprehensive financial plans tailored to client needs.
- Open investment accounts and manage documentation.
- Execute investment trades efficiently.
- Stay updated on investment regulations.
- Process insurance applications using technology for signatures.
- Input client data into planning software and CRM.
- Confirm client appointments.
- Attend weekly development and team meetings to advance industry mastery.
