We are looking for a teller candidate to better our team. You will be responsible for approval of loans and providing excellent customer service in the financial services industry. Responsibilities: Greeting CustomersApproval of Payday and Title Loan productsCommunicating terms and conditions of loansPerforming check cashing transactionsPerforming bill pay and money transfer servicesResponsible balancing of personal cash drawerResolving customer concernsMarketing and promoting the department to businesses throughout the market areaSupporting Pawn & Retail Department via Phone Call Transactions Qualifications: Previous experience in financial services preferredStrong customer serviceGood communication skillsStrong cash handling skillsAbility to work under pressureAbility to multi-taskAbility to work flexible hours including evenings and Saturdays (on rotation)Ability to use a computer and multi-line phone systemBilingual in Spanish is preferred but not requiredStrong basic math skills - passing an assessment is required for employment consideration
