What You Can Expect
Financial Service Representatives eagerly assist members and prospective members with currency transactions, account openings, and consumer loan needs. The position is located at 2085 Orchard Drive, Bountiful, Utah 84010, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM – 6:15 PM, and Saturdays from 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM. It is part-time, requiring 25 hours per week. The salary is $15.00 per hour, based on experience and performance, plus a bonus and incentive.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships
- Complete teller transactions
- Open new accounts
- Process consumer loan applications
- Absorb and develop business while assisting members by phone
- Pair corresponding credit union products and services with members' financial needs
- Provide consistent member follow-up
- Comply with all regulations as required by law
- Participate actively in continuing education related to credit union career development
Experience, Education & Certification
- A high school diploma is required
- Prior retail or consumer lending experience is preferred
