Ready to elevate our member experience? As a Financial Service Representative III, you’ll take a leadership role in delivering advanced financial services and mentoring your team. You’ll work closely with members to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and guide them through complex transactions. This role is a blend of service, sales, and leadership—designed for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, driving growth, and supporting team development. You’ll also represent Securityplus in the community, support business partnerships, and serve as a trusted advisor to both members and colleagues. Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Three (3) years of experience in customer service, financial services, or sales, with a focus on providing tailored solutions.
  • Strong consultative sales skills with a passion for helping members reach their financial goals.
  • Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
  • Experience in handling complex financial transactions and a deep understanding of financial products and services.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eligibility to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) and maintain registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).
  • Availability to work Saturdays.
  • Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) designation preferred.
