Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage long-term, trusting member relationships
• Complete teller transactions and open new accounts
• Process consumer loan applications
• Assist members by phone while developing business
• Pair credit union products and services with members’ financial needs
• Provide consistent member follow-up
• Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Actively participate in continuing education for career development

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Prior retail or consumer lending experience preferred

Pay

$15.00 per hour, based on experience and performance, plus bonus and incentive opportunities.

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Rotating Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
