Financial Sales Internship at Northwestern Mutual - Cincinnati & Dayton, Ohio

Our Spring Internship Program begins in January 2027 and runs through May 2027, providing students with an opportunity to gain real-world financial planning experience while balancing academics, athletics, and campus involvement.

Schedule

• 10-15 hours per week

About the role

As a Northwestern Mutual intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in financial planning while developing the business, leadership, and relationship-building skills needed for long-term success.

• Hands-on financial planning experience modeled after our full-time Financial Representative role
• Flexible scheduling that allows you to prioritize academics while gaining professional experience
• Individual mentorship, coaching, and joint-work opportunities with experienced advisors

• Opportunity to pursue professional licenses and designations, including the SIE, Series 6, and Series 63
