About the role

A Financial Sales Associate in a retail store promotes and delivers financial services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with information about financial services to increase sales.
• Promote financial offerings to every store visitor.
• Operate computers and process financial transactions accurately.
• Handle cash from transactions and ensure proper inventory management.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
• Maintain a positive work environment and keep supervisors informed of relevant events.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience with computer operations and customer sales.
• Strong customer service skills and understanding of company policies.
• Ability to work independently, with flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Physical & Work Environment

• Ability to sit, stand, lift up to 20 pounds, and perform tasks requiring good vision.
• Work is in a typical retail and office setting with varying schedules.
