About the role
As a Financial Representative, you will serve as the official face of Fidelity, inspiring client dedication and engagement through integrity and honesty to develop long-lasting positive relationships. You will specialize in compliance and front-lobby transactions, partnering to deepen client relationships and contribute to branch success.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to Fidelity’s most valued clients, delivering an exceptional experience that strengthens relationships.
- Proactively identify opportunities and make effective introductions to drive branch success and growth.
- Serve as a subject matter specialist in compliance and all front-lobby transactions.
- Act as a technology champion within the branch, embracing new tools as an early adopter and sharing knowledge to enhance team performance.
Requirements
- Customer service, phone-based support, or financial services experience.
- Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is a plus.
- Preparation for required Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (comprehensive resources and support provided).
- A degree, equivalent experience, or other professional certifications (tuition reimbursement program available for CFP, degree, or equivalent credential).
- Superb interpersonal skills and passion for engaging with clients.
- Ability to assess client needs and identify opportunities.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $75,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package and may include bonus or other variable compensation, depending on eligibility.
Schedule
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
Certifications required: Series 07 - FINRA, Series 66 - FINRA.
