About the Role
As a Financial Representative, you will be the official face of Fidelity, shaping the branch atmosphere and inspiring client dedication through integrity and honesty. You will develop long-lasting positive relationships with clients, ensuring rewarding interactions. As a subject matter specialist in compliance and all front lobby transactions, you will partner with the team to deepen client relationships and contribute to branch success.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a compliance and front lobby transactions specialist, identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships.
- Provide exceptional daily support to Fidelity’s clients, delivering experiences that strengthen relationships.
- Proactively identify opportunities and make effective introductions to drive branch success and growth.
- Act as a technology champion within the branch, adopting new tools early and sharing knowledge to enhance team performance.
Requirements
- Customer service, phone-based support, or financial services experience.
- Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is a plus.
- Preparation for required Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (comprehensive resources and support provided).
- A degree, equivalent experience, or professional certifications (tuition reimbursement available for CFP, degree, or equivalent credentials).
- Superb interpersonal skills and a passion for engaging with clients.
- Ability to assess client needs and identify opportunities.
- Remarkable attention to detail and strong prioritization skills.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Openness to feedback, collaboration, and approaching challenges with curiosity.

Schedule
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations may evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.

- Series 07 - FINRA Category Customer Service (required).
