About the Role

As a Financial Representative with the Jim Driscoll Team at Rise North Capital, you will develop the skills and knowledge necessary to build a career delivering financial guidance to individuals, families, and businesses. Your goal will be to develop long-term client relationships, understand clients' financial goals, and help provide solutions in areas including insurance, asset accumulation, and retirement planning.

Through coaching, mentorship, training, licensing support, marketing resources, and collaboration with experienced professionals, we will provide you with tools and help you develop the skill sets needed to build and maintain client relationships and grow your business. For candidates with leadership ambitions, there is also an opportunity to develop toward a leadership track, recruit and mentor others, and ultimately build your own team.

A background in finance or financial services is NOT required.

Responsibilities

  • Attend virtual or in-person training to develop financial knowledge and professional skills
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Learn to identify client needs and provide tailored financial strategies
  • Provide solutions in insurance, asset accumulation, and retirement planning
  • Collaborate with coaches and other team members on client cases
  • Utilize available marketing tools and resources to develop and grow your client base
  • Complete required licensing and ongoing professional education
  • Maintain appropriate financial industry and licensing compliance standards
  • Develop the communication, business development, and leadership skills necessary to grow your practice
  • For leadership-track candidates, develop toward the opportunity to recruit, mentor, and build a team

Pay

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity. Compensation is performance-based and may include commissions and applicable bonuses. Candidates should be comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, results-driven compensation structure rather than a traditional salaried position.

Schedule

Full-time, remote or in-person opportunities are available. Our office is located in Braintree, Massachusetts.
