Responsibilities

• Partner and contribute to branch success by finding opportunities to deepen relationships
• Provide daily support to Fidelity’s most valued clients, delivering an exceptional experience that strengthens client relationships
• Proactively identify opportunities and make effective introductions to drive the success and growth of the branch
• Assess client needs and find opportunities
• Engage with clients using superb interpersonal skills and a passion to connect
• Show remarkable attention to detail and prioritize tasks effectively
• Manage multiple tasks with organizational skills
• Embrace feedback, foster collaboration, and approach challenges with curiosity

Requirements

• Customer service, phone-based support, or financial services experience
• Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services (plus)
• A degree, equivalent experience, or other professional certifications (our tuition reimbursement program can help obtain a CFP, degree, or equivalent credential)

Qualifications

• Comprehensive resources and support are provided to prepare for the required Series 7 and Series 66 licenses
• Serve as a technology champion within the branch, embracing new tools as an early adopter and sharing knowledge to enhance team capabilities and overall performance
