Responsibilities
- Partner and contribute to branch success by finding opportunities to deepen relationships.
- Provide daily support to Fidelity’s most valued clients, delivering an exceptional experience that strengthens client relationships.
- Proactively identify opportunities and make effective introductions, playing a direct role in driving the success and growth of the branch.
Requirements
- Customer service, phone-based support, or financial services experience provides a strong foundation for success in this role.
- Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is a plus.
- Comprehensive resources and support are provided to prepare for the required Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
- A degree, equivalent experience, or other professional certifications are beneficial (our tuition reimbursement program can help obtain a CFP, degree, or equivalent credential).
- Serve as a technology champion within the branch, embracing new tools as an early adopter and sharing knowledge to enhance team capabilities and overall performance.
- Superb interpersonal skills and passion to engage with clients.
- Remarkable attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
- Embraces feedback, fosters collaboration, and approaches challenges with curiosity.
