About the Role
As a Financial Representative, you will be the official face of Fidelity in the branch, inspiring client dedication and engagement through integrity and honesty. You will develop long-lasting positive relationships with clients, ensuring rewarding interactions. As a subject matter specialist in compliance and all front lobby transactions, you will partner with the team to deepen client relationships and contribute to branch success.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a compliance and front lobby transactions specialist, identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships.
- Act as a technology champion within the branch, embracing new tools as an early adopter and sharing knowledge to enhance team performance.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences, proactively identifying opportunities and making effective introductions to drive branch growth.
- Assess client needs and find opportunities to strengthen relationships.
- Manage multiple tasks with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Customer service, phone-based support, or financial services experience.
- Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is a plus.
- Preparation for required Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (comprehensive resources and support provided).
- A degree, equivalent experience, or professional certifications (tuition reimbursement available for CFP, degree, or equivalent credentials).
- Superb interpersonal skills and a passion for client engagement.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Openness to feedback, collaboration, and curiosity in approaching challenges.

Schedule
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations may evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
