About the role
As a Financial Representative, you will assist multiple Operations teams who support Investment Management, Banking and Loan products throughout the life of an account. A degree in Accounting/Finance/Mathematics/Economics/Statistics is highly preferred, and 0-2 years of financial domain experience is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Data entry and review of sensitive client information across multiple systems and processes
- Document management, including scanning, filing, and vault maintenance
- Processing of incoming and outgoing mail, including checks, proxies, loan documentation, statements, and various client communications
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to process critical data accurately and timely
- Excellent client service skills using both written and oral communication
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office products
- High organizational ability while being able to prioritize multiple tasks in a changing environment

Pay
The pay rate for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, with the final rate offered based on several factors, including education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.
