Financial Reporting Supervisor - Hybrid

This role will oversee key accounting and financial reporting activities while leading team members and supporting financial analysis. Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and financial reporting activities in accordance with GAAP
• Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and financial analysis
• Support audits, internal controls, budgeting, and forecasting
• Oversee fixed assets, cash management, and other accounting activities
• Supervise and develop accounting team members
• Identify process improvements and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including financial close, U.S. GAAP financial reporting, audits, and internal controls
• Advanced Excel (complex formulas and queries)

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience (preferred)
• SAP experience (preferred)

Pay

$95,000–$120,000/yr. DOE + 10% discretionary bonus

Schedule

Full-time, permanent position. Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in-office (Jeffersonville, IN) / 2 days remote.
