The Financial Reporting Manager will lead the preparation and delivery of external financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to applicable accounting standards. This role will serve as a key liaison across internal teams, executive leadership, and external partners, including auditors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Managing quarterly reporting cycles
• Preparing disclosure materials for the SEC
• Supporting audits
• Enhancing financial reporting processes through systems and automation tools
• Maintaining a robust internal control environment
• Staying ahead of evolving accounting guidance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA required
• 4-6+ years of progressive experience, with a foundation in public accounting (Big 4 or large national firm preferred)
• Experience in technical accounting, financial reporting, and working with complex accounting matters
• Exposure to preparing external financial statements and supporting audit processes
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS
• Detail-oriented with a track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced proficiency with financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., ERP platforms, Workiva, Planful, or similar) and Excel
