Job Description Seeking a Cyber Financial Reporting Analyst to support and mature the Global Cybersecurity (GCS) business operations function. This role will work closely with the Global Cybersecurity CBO team and cross-functional partners to support workforce planning, budget management, procurement lifecycle management, vendor governance, financial reporting, and process transformation. The ideal candidate is analytical, structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a complex, cross-functional, fast-paced, and highly regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Support overall Global Cybersecurity (GCS) Demand Management activities.Support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ad hoc reporting requests.Develop and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting cycles.Assist with GCS Procurement and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities, including intake, sourcing coordination, purchase order support, contract renewals, vendor spend governance, and supplier management.Collaborate with Procurement, TPRM, Finance, HR, and Global Technology Services (GTS) to align financial planning, targets, and tracking with organizational objectives.Support continuous improvement of budgeting and planning processes, including optimization of existing tools and identification of additional technologies.Remove barriers, resolve issues, and drive execution across assigned activities.Provide administrative and project support to the Global Cybersecurity organization as needed.Work effectively with confidential information, competing priorities, and executive-level stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications 3 5 years of experience in Financial Services or another complex information management environment.Strong financial acumen and business analysis skills.Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Advanced Excel.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational, time management, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with geographically distributed teams.Demonstrated ability to drive execution and manage competing priorities.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.Experience collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams.
