Bear Insurance Group, a North American Senior Benefits Partner, is hiring driven individuals ready to start their journey in the life insurance and financial services industry. This is a remote, commission-based opportunity with a flexible schedule, available to candidates in the U.S. only.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and connect with clients using proven strategies
• Conduct consultations and recommend tailored life insurance solutions
• Present products confidently (virtual or in-person)
• Build client relationships and manage your own book of business
• Get licensed (we’ll support you every step of the way)

Requirements

• Strong interest in sales, marketing, or finance
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to learn quickly and take initiative
• Willingness to get licensed (we help with this!)
