Financial Planning Strategist

Responsibilities
- Support and work closely with Relationship Managers (RM), Business Development Officers and clients to analyze, communicate and implement financial planning strategies for HNW/UHNW clients, as well as provide client support to the Wealth Strategies team.
- Perform financial planning analyses, including reviewing financial statements and other data, gathering additional data as necessary, entering data, evaluating alternative scenarios to respond to the client request, as well as alternatives to prompt additional planning considerations.
- Adapt computer-generated output to polished brand format, and review plan with RM to confirm it meets expectations.
- Deliver financial plan to clients, discuss potential planning options based on results, and perform live alternative planning scenarios as appropriate.
- Efficiently triage, prioritize, and manage multiple requests with minimal guidance and supervision.
- Aid in developing additional financial planning models and offerings.
- Promote the financial planning offering across the firm.
Requirements
You have experience developing and presenting financial plans to clients and colleagues.
You possess excellent technology skills with demonstrated proficiency in eMoney (or similar financial planning tools), Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as Adobe.
You are a certified professional. You have a CFP, CTFA, CPA, or similar designation.
You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience effectively communicating financial planning strategies to HNW/UHNW clients.

Pay
The expected salary range for this role is $110,000-$130,000 for the Chicago, IL market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position.
