A Day in the Life
- Build lasting client relationships, earning trust through consistent follow-through and clear guidance.
- Lead financial planning discussions, assess goals and risk tolerance, and develop actionable plans.
- Present tailored recommendations in an accessible way, manage portfolios, monitor accounts, and adjust strategies as needed to align with changing priorities and market conditions.
- Advice covers retirement, education savings, estate planning, insurance, tax-efficient investing, and wealth preservation.
- Regular portfolio reviews keep clients informed.
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships through additional services and collaborate with internal and external specialists to ensure coordinated support.
- Maintain accurate records and stay updated on industry trends.
- Drive practice growth through business development and networking focused on genuine client relationships.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- Appropriate securities and insurance licenses (such as FINRA Series 7, Series 66/65), or the ability to obtain them.
- CFP® certification preferred or willingness to pursue.
- Experience in financial planning, investment advisory, wealth management, or related financial services.
- Strong understanding of investment products, retirement planning, and financial planning concepts.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

About the Role
We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package which includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other retirement programs as well as employee assistance programs. The applicable base salary range for this role is $89,500 to $166,900. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
