Financial Planning and Design Coordinator with Life Insurance Product Expertise

The Opportunity:
We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for an experienced product, planning and design expert in the Life Insurance profession. This professional will advise our clients on the best options and build reviews. Our clients include RIAs, P&C and Employee Benefit professionals, CPA and Law Firms, to private equity firms, high and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and corporations all counting on us to provide world class solutions and experience within the insurance and risk management space. You will design, implement and analyze effective strategies that align with our clients' goals.
Position Responsibilities
- Support key external and internal clients
- Able to manage multiple, concurrent projects and deliverables
- Play an important role in Vanbridge’s growth and management, as applicable, ensuring connectivity across all communications while guiding and supporting partners in strategy and execution.

- Experience and knowledge with AI, Claude and other tools
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills
- Highly customer-focused with the ability to think strategically and provide a clear vision that promotes team collaboration
- Adept at excelling in a fast-paced environment with changing business priorities and technological needs
- Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance.
- Policies Analysis: Analyze various life insurance policies to determine the best fit for clients' financial plans.
- Recommendations: Provide tailored recommendations on life insurance policies that align with clients' objectives.
- Policy Management: Assist clients with the application process, policy management, and any necessary adjustments to their coverage.
- Education: Educate clients on the benefits and features of different annuity and life insurance solutions.
- Compliance: Ensure all recommendations and transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with advisors and other team members to integrate annuity and life insurance solutions into comprehensive financial plans.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes.
- Preparation for client meetings, including paperwork, and preparing presentation materials
- Prepares and delivers correspondence and other client communication
- Work collaboratively with Advisors throughout the planning process to ensure completed accurately and promptly
- Work proactively in all facets of the role, consistently seeking out new opportunities
- Proactively work with and respond to clients professionally
- Be aware of and maintain Carrier product information, rate changes and rules
Desired Skills and Experience Requirements
- Minimum two-three years of related experience
- Experience in insurance and financial services
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experts in life portfolio
- Life, Health, FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 (a plus or obtain within 90 days).
- Working knowledge of Insurance industry software
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Enthusiastic and positive approach to problem-solving and client service
- Proven track record with cross-training, task-sharing and mutually supportive teamwork
- Must be able to innovative, pro-actively manage time and follow through to complete tasks
- Proven experience working in client support, portfolio management, relationship management or paraplanner role, within the financial services industry
- Diplomacy and strong business acumen with proven experience positively influencing others and developing and improving business processes.
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in AI, Claude, Microsoft Office products and CRM applications
- Highly organized and project management skills required; ability to shift and reorganize in order to accommodate change
- Ability to prioritize workflow and requests for deliverables based on stated needs of advisor and client relationships and their meaningfulness and impact to the success of the business unit.
- Equivalent level of passion pertaining to the success of the team and his/her colleagues in comparison to one's own desired career path and measure of success, i.e. team player first.
- Ability to portray confidence, persuasiveness, and credibility over the phone, in virtual meetings and potentially in person.
Compensation
The national average salary for this role is $75 000.00 - $90 000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
