About Our Client:The organization operates in the hearing healthcare industry, providing hearing solutions through a global network of Hearing Care Professionals and centers across the United States. It focuses on improving access to quality hearing care and helping people address hearing loss through knowledgeable, patient-focused services.About the Opportunity:The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager (FP&A) provides financial analysis and operational insights to support management and sales teams. This role leads forecasting, budgeting, performance reporting, and KPI development while helping leadership make informed strategic decisions and maintain strong financial controls.Responsibilities:• Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly business performance reports for management and sales teams.• Conduct operational and financial data analysis.• Lead forecasting and budgeting activities.• Partner with vice presidents to provide operational insights through analysis and reporting.• Identify controlling priorities, develop KPIs and processes, and coordinate implementation of improvement measures.• Provide commentary on monthly and quarterly management reports.• Analyze business trends and provide comprehensive performance overviews.• Maintain reliable reporting and support structures that deliver timely information.• Support merger and acquisition activities.Requirements:• 5–10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis and controlling.• Proven ability to develop and implement financial control programs.• Strong knowledge of controlling, planning, budgeting, analysis, and statistics.• Advanced expertise in asset, risk, and productivity management.• Excellent presentation and communication skills.• Strong analytical, strategic judgment, initiative, results orientation, and attention to quality.• Preferred: Knowledge of Power Query.Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Salary range: $120,000–$130,000 per year.
