Financial Planning and Analysis Intern

Waters Corporation is seeking a summer finance intern to join the Finance Team in Milford, Massachusetts (with additional positions in New Castle, DE). Pay
Pay Range: $22‑25 per hour, depending on education level and experience.
Schedule
The internship lasts approximately ten weeks and will commence in the spring/summer of 2027.
Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
- Prepare financial models, variance analyses, and management reporting.
- Support KPI dashboard development and business performance reviews.
- Analyze revenue, operating expenses, and investment programs.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior leadership.
- Support ad hoc financial analyses related to growth initiatives and business performance.
- Utilize SAP, Power BI, Excel, and other analytical tools to generate insights.
- Participate in process improvement and digital finance initiatives.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
Skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other analytical tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Interest in corporate finance, strategy, and business operations.
