Financial Planning Analysis Manager

About the Role

A growing consumer products company with strong brand recognition and a portfolio of products designed to enhance everyday lives is seeking an FP&A Manager in NYC. Reporting directly to the CFO, this high-visibility role offers the opportunity to shape and influence the financial strategy of a business entering an exciting phase of growth and maturity. The FP&A Manager will lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis while partnering closely with leaders across Commercial, Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Accounting.

The ideal candidate has experience operating in a complex, high-growth environment and is comfortable balancing hands-on analysis with strategic business partnership. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being close to the business, translating financial data into actionable insights, and making a meaningful impact as the company scales through acquisitions, expanded channels, and continued investment in its DTC business.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support pricing, volume, promotions, tariffs, and supply chain decisions.
• Deliver monthly reporting, variance analysis, KPIs, and profitability insights to senior leadership.
• Support M&A activities and enhance FP&A processes, models, dashboards, and reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.
• Experience within manufacturing, consumer products, retail, or distribution.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including forecasting, scenario analysis, and M&A modeling.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred.
