Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to support business performance and strategic objectives.
• Prepare management reports and financial analyses that provide insight into operational and financial results.
• Monitor key performance indicators, profitability trends, and business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with accounting and operations teams to support financial reporting, close processes, and cost analysis initiatives.
• Evaluate product, customer, and business unit performance while providing recommendations to enhance profitability and efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting functions.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, performance measurement, and business planning processes.
• Prior experience working with ERP systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyze large data sets, reconcile financial information, and support decision making with meaningful insights.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to develop financial models and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with leadership teams.
• Previous experience supporting manufacturing, inventory, costing, or operational finance environments.
• Detail oriented and collaborative professional with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

Pay

Expected starting base salary of $150,000 to $175,000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
