Financial Planning & Analysis Director

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis Director is responsible for providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions. This role requires a deep understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform strategic business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and strategies
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and other financial software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• CPA certification preferred
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards

Pay

Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
