The Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst supports core financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis. This role offers an opportunity for early-career professionals to gain exposure to business partnerships and strategic finance in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Aid in monthly close and reporting processes
- Support forecasting and budgeting activities
- Prepare variance analysis reports and summarize key trends
- Maintain and update financial models and KPI dashboards
- Support analysis on marketing performance, sales performance, operating expenses, and efficiency initiatives
- Compile data for management and board reporting
- Perform ad hoc analyses and data pulls to support decision-making
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, advisory/consulting, or banking
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in FP&A
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications
- Preferred qualifications include internship or experience in fintech or startups, exposure to financial modeling or analytics tools, and familiarity with financial statements and KPIs

Pay
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $83,700-$104,100 annually. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for new hires for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by multiple factors like job-related skills, experience, and state of residence.
Schedule
This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting (approximately 95%), repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, and the ability to adjust focus. It also may require occasional standing, lifting, carrying of 20lbs or less, walking, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, and reaching above the shoulder. Employees in this position must be physically able to efficiently perform the essential functions of the position.
