Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Identify areas of cost savings and process improvements
• Implement changes to increase efficiency
• Manage multiple projects and priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Proficiency in Excel, financial planning tools, and data visualization software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry knowledge of the fashion or luxury goods sector
• Experience with financial planning and analysis software
