Primary Duties / Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive financial planning and advice across investments, retirement, tax, insurance, and estate considerations
- Serve as a primary planning partner to assigned clients in collaboration with a Lead Advisor
- Prepare, present, and update financial plans based on client goals, life events, and market conditions
- Participate in and lead client meetings as appropriate, ensuring clear communication and follow-through
- Collaborate with Lead Advisors and Client Service teams to ensure timely execution of client requests
- Proactively identify planning opportunities within existing client relationships
- Support client onboarding and client transitions as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and planning records in firm systems
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and client experience standards
Qualifications
- CFP® designation required
- College degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning, advisory services, or a related role
- Strong technical planning skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to clients
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to operate as a peer partner within an advisory team
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Military‑equivalent job experience accepted
Pay
Estimated Total Cash Compensation (Phoenix Metro): $80,000 – $110,000, comprised of a $70,000 – $80,000 base salary, equity eligibility, with the opportunity for additional performance‑based bonuses. Total compensation may vary based on role scope, performance, and firm profitability.
