Financial Performance Analyst
About the role
As a Financial Performance Analyst, you'll be working to ensure the financial success of some of the nation's largest and most successful healthcare organizations by monitoring their operational metrics and providing meaningful analysis. You will be given ownership of customer relationships early on and will be expected to lead discussions with and impact the decision making of healthcare executives.
Responsibilities
- Monitor operational metrics and provide meaningful analysis to support the financial success of healthcare organizations.
- Track key performance indicators and offer best practices to our customers.
- Isolate potential financial risks for our customers and communicate these risks effectively to healthcare executives.
- Evaluate and analyze revenue cycle risk factors to contribute to the transformation of the healthcare industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related area with a history of academic success.
- Work experience in Finance-related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of financial statements, analytical techniques, and SQL.
- The ability to assess the accuracy of data based on comparisons to budgets and/or forecasts.
- A willingness to question assumptions, explain analyses, and form conclusions.
Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
