About the role

This position focuses on providing intensive job training and career development for young adults through a structured program that combines skill development, internships, and personalized coaching.

Responsibilities

• Delivering technical and professional training in Business Operations, Financial Operations, and Project Management.
• Supporting participants in gaining industry experience via internships at leading organizations.
• Providing career readiness coaching, including resume building, interview preparation, networking, and professional communication skills.
• Facilitating team-based projects and customer communication exercises.
• Assisting with ongoing support to help participants launch their careers.

Key Duties

• Engage participants in skill-building activities, facilitate internships, provide mentorship, and support career progression in areas such as HR, data analysis, fund accounting, project coordination, operations, and client services.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or GED; no bachelor's degree required.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills.
• Ability to commit to the program's schedule and participate fully.
• Strong relationship-building, organizational, and data-driven decision-making skills.
