What You'll Do

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and collections
  • Support cash flow tracking, reporting, and financial record maintenance
  • Maintain month-end close activities and financial record keeping
  • Maintain accurate vendor and customer records and ensure supporting documentation is properly organized
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to support financial and regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, accounts payable/receivable, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial data
  • Experience with accounting software such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Nice to have: Experience working in a regulated industry, such as fintech, sports gaming, or cryptocurrency; Previous experience at a startup or high-growth company
