Financial Operations Analyst – Billing & Invoice Auditing

Role: Financial Operations Lead Responsibilities Oversee accurate vendor and customer billing within recycling operations.Audit invoices against contracts, validate rates and fees, and ensure correct financial coding before payments.Resolve billing exceptions with vendors and internal teams.Track savings and discrepancy trends to identify areas for improvement.Support monthly financial reporting and contribute to process improvements.Assist in strengthening financial controls across procure-to-pay and billing activities.
