About the role

We are looking for a Financial Advisor (IFA) to join our team at Monicle Financial, the company behind the money diagnosis and consultation service "Maneiro." As a Financial Advisor, you will help clients eliminate financial anxiety through our unique "learn, diagnose, consult" approach, providing independent and neutral asset management advice.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized financial advice and asset management solutions to clients using Maneiro’s diagnostic tools.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to support their financial goals and asset formation.
• Conduct online consultations and in-person meetings (primarily from the office) to address client needs.
• Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes to offer accurate and relevant advice.
• Collaborate with the team to refine and improve Maneiro’s services and tools.
• Participate in seminars, events, and workshops to educate clients and promote financial literacy.

Requirements

• Experience in financial advisory, asset management, or a related field (e.g., banking, insurance, securities).
• Strong understanding of investment products, pensions (iDeCo), NISA, and other asset-building tools.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and approachable manner.
• Commitment to providing neutral, client-first advice (not tied to specific financial products or institutions).
• Self-motivated with a passion for helping clients achieve financial security.
