We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "POSITION OBJECTIVE" and then description. Also "Essential Functions" with bullet points (but they are paragraphs with percentages). Also "Nonessential Functions". Also "CONTACTS". Also "SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY". Also "Qualifications". Also "Experience", "Education", "Required Skills". Also "WORKING CONDITIONS". Also salary range and benefits info at top. We must not repeat job title. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we should only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have salary range and benefits: we can have Pay and Benefits sections. Also maybe "About the role" could correspond to POSITION OBJECTIVE. Responsibilities could be Essential Functions (maybe split). Requirements could be Qualifications (Experience, Education). Skills could be Required Skills. Schedule maybe from WORKING CONDITIONS (hybrid work arrangement). Also maybe "Contacts" not a standard heading; we could omit or fold into About the role? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says use those as examples, but we can use other headings? Probably we should stick to those headings only. It says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". So we can choose which of those headings apply. We have content for About the role (position objective). Responsibilities (essential functions). Requirements (maybe experience/education). Qualifications (maybe same as Requirements? Might be redundant). Skills (required skills). Benefits (benefits package). Pay (salary range). Schedule (hybrid work arrangement). We'll avoid duplication. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities we can list bullet points. For requirements (experience, education) maybe list. For skills list. For benefits list. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit details. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can embed them in paragraphs or list items. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove the EEO statement at the end, also the "Case Western Reserve University is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "New employees may begin a hybrid schedule upon approval..." maybe that's part of working conditions, keep that? It's substantive about hybrid work arrangement. Keep. We also need to remove duplicated lines. Not seeing duplicates. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's structure:

    About the role

    POSITION OBJECTIVE ... (the paragraph).

    Responsibilities

But that's huge; maybe we should split into multiple
  • items for each bullet? The original had percentages and paragraphs. We could break each bullet as separate
  • . However we must preserve all info; we can keep as one
  • with the whole text, but that may be less readable but acceptable. The instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. It doesn't require each sentence separate; just that lists use ul/li. So we can have one
    • containing the entire responsibilities block. However that seems odd but okay. Alternatively we could split by the numbered percentages: 30%, 40%, 20%, 10% as separate list items. That would preserve info and be more structured. Let's do that. We'll create
        with four
      • items each containing the corresponding responsibility block. We need to keep the percentages and text. Now

        Requirements

maybe for Experience and Education. We'll list:
        • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in budgeting/financial planning and efficient business operations (preferably in a nonprofit setting) required.
        • Education: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting, finance, or business administration.

        Skills

list required skills. We need to include all skills from "Required Skills" paragraph. That's a long list. We'll break into multiple
      • items each maybe a skill. But we must preserve all info; we can split by sentences. Let's extract the skills paragraph: "Required Skills Knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Good interpersonal skills: ability to work and communicate with various individuals within various departments within the university and out. Ability to interact with colleagues, supervisors and customers face to face. Ability to meet consistent attendance. Willingness to learn and work with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and technologies. Ability to demonstrate successful support, education, and advocacy for all students, aligned with the values, mission, and messaging of the university, while adhering to the staff policy on conflict of commitment and interest. Good organization skills: ability to multi-task, prioritize and give attention to detail in order to complete tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to follow protocols, budget time effectively and work on several projects simultaneously. Ability to work effectively independently and within a team. Must be highly motivated. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and conform to shifting priorities, demands and timeline. Must be flexible in order to respond to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently. Must be able to adapt to varying workloads and respond appropriately to stressful situations. Ability to use advanced Excel applications to create efficient financial models and procedures for budgets, forecasting, reconciliation and for programs/events within the divisions. Intermediate to advanced knowledge and skills with Word and PowerPoint. Proven problem-solving skills. High integrity and strong professional standards. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Knowledge of and experience with financial software (PeopleSoft Financials preferred)." We'll split each sentence into
      • . Now

        Benefits

: The posting says: "Employees receive more than just a paycheck. University employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes excellent healthcare, retirement plans, tuition assistance, paid time off, and a winter recess." We'll make a
          with those items.

          Pay

: salary range: between $49,257 and $69,975, depending on qualifications, experience, department budgets, and industry data. We'll put in

          .

          Schedule

: from WORKING CONDITIONS: "Typical office environment. The employee will perform repetitive motion using computer mouse and keyboard to type. The employee will be required to walk outdoors to visit various departments on campus. This position is eligible for hybrid work arrangement up to two remote days per week at the discretion of the department. New employees may begin a hybrid schedule upon approval from the supervisor, successful completion of an orientation period and signing the remote work checklist certification form." We'll put that in

maybe. We should also include "About the role" maybe also include the position objective paragraph. We must not include supervisory responsibility, contacts, nonessential functions, etc. Those are not in the allowed headings list; we could omit them as they are not required sections. The instruction: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". It doesn't forbid other headings, but the examples given are those. Safer to stick to those headings and omit other info? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. If we omit sections like Contacts, Supervisory Responsibility, Nonessential Functions, we would be losing substantive info. However maybe those are considered boilerplate? Not exactly; they are substantive. But the instruction says we can use those headings as examples; maybe we can also use other headings if needed, but they gave a list of possible headings. It didn't say we cannot use other headings. It said "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not exclusive. So we can use other headings like "Contacts", "Supervisory Responsibility", etc. However to be safe, we could incorporate that info into existing sections: e.g., Contacts could go under About the role or Responsibilities? But that might lose clarity. Better to add extra headings for Contacts and Supervisory Responsibility and Working Conditions (though we already have Schedule). Nonessential Functions maybe we can drop as it's just "Perform other duties as assigned." That's minor; maybe we can drop as it's not substantive? It's a duty but generic. Could be omitted? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; "Perform other duties as assigned." is substantive but generic; maybe we can drop
