Responsibilities
- Review financial information, assess legal and regulatory compliance, and evaluate risks within banking organizations.
- Lead meetings with executive leaders at financial institutions.
- Produce clear and concise written documents and reports.

- Provide guidance to banking executives and coach team members.
- Share knowledge and provide feedback to peers.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years banking industry experience related to audit, credit analysis, regulatory compliance, information security, cybersecurity, and/or asset/liability management.
- Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in an applicable field, or relevant work experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel 20-30 percent of the time.
- Effective skills using Microsoft Office products, web-based applications, and email.
- Ability to work out of our Oklahoma City office.
Qualifications
Preferred:
- Bank examiner commission from federal or state banking regulatory agency.
- Graduate or advanced degree in business, management, accounting, finance, economics, or management information systems.
- Leadership experience demonstrating strong judgement, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a dynamic environment.
Pay
- Senior Assistant Examiner: $74,800 - $96,800
- Examiner: $96,900 - $125,400
- Senior Examiner: $127,300 - $164,800
- Lead Examiner: $153,000 - $198,000
Final offers are determined by factors including the candidate’s qualifications, internal alignment considerations, district assignment, and geographic location.
Schedule
Onsite, full time (with 5 days per month remote work flexibility).

This position has additional screening requirements due to the information accessed while performing the job.
