Job Description
As a Financial Document Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the smooth and accurate review of all paperwork required to complete vehicle sales at our store. If you’re a self-sufficient, resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment, then we’re looking for you.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with the final steps of the purchase process
- Provide accurate and timely completed paperwork for successful processing
- Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc.
- Verify insurance, trade payoffs, and obtain deposits
- Work until closing, a couple of shifts per week

- Demonstrated customer service and attention to detail
- Experience in a retail environment and retail hours (including Saturdays)
