Financial Director
SG2 Recruiting is looking for a Director of Finance for a small, well-funded and rapidly growing federal government contractor client entering an exciting phase of expansion. This is not a role for someone looking to manage a large, established finance organization. It is an opportunity for a hands-on finance leader who enjoys building processes, solving problems, partnering with executive leadership, and helping shape the infrastructure of a growing company. Reporting directly to the President, the Director of Finance will oversee the company's financial operations while helping establish the financial foundation needed to support significant future growth. As part of a small leadership team, this individual will wear multiple hats, influence strategic decisions, and have a highly visible impact across the organization. The Director of Finance will also oversee the company's FP&A function and partner closely with operations, contracts, HR, and business development.
