Financial Customer Service Representative
About the role
We're hiring Financial Customer Service Representatives in Omaha who don't yet have their FINRA licenses. We sponsor them through the entire process, paying for their Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 6 licenses within their first 8 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Handle 50–60 inbound calls daily from policyholders and financial professionals
- Provide guidance on policy transactions, account activity, and product details
- Research and resolve service requests with accuracy and professionalism
- Process requests and document interactions in internal systems
- Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers in real time
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
Requirements
- 1–2 years of customer-facing experience (call center, banking, retail, hospitality, or similar)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfort using multiple computer systems
- Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in financial services or insurance
- FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 6, or Series 7)

Pay
Starting hourly rate will be based on your experience and location. Omaha, NE range is between $26 - $28 per hour plus an annual bonus. After earning your FINRA Series 6 license, you'll be automatically promoted and be considered for an increase in compensation to our licensed pay scale.
Schedule
First 8 weeks are fully paid and onsite, with a self-paced online program and opportunities to collaborate with peers. After licensure, you transition to a hybrid schedule with just one in-office day per week.
