About the role

Our client, a growing financial services organization, is seeking a Financial Customer Consultant to provide customer support and assist with a variety of banking and account-related services. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing financial transactions, identifying appropriate products and services, and delivering a high level of customer care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with account-related questions and service requests.
• Process financial transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies.
• Provide information on products and services and identify opportunities for referrals.
• Support loan application and account maintenance processes.
• Research and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements, internal procedures, and security standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of banking, financial services, or related customer service experience.
• Experience handling financial transactions and customer account inquiries.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Weekend availability required.
