Learn more at Experis.com." We need to extract sections: About the role? Not present. Responsibilities: there is a block after "Responsibilities". Then "Required Qualifications". Then "Job Expectations". Then "Additional Desired Qualifications". Then "About ManpowerGroup..." which is about the company, maybe "About the company" but not required. We can include "About the company" if we want but not required. The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. So we can include sections: Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe "Required Qualifications"), Qualifications (maybe "Additional Desired Qualifications"), Skills (maybe from desired qualifications), Benefits (none), Pay (none), Schedule (maybe from "Hybrid Schedule" in title? The posting says "Hybrid Schedule" in the line "Financial Crimes Specialist 3 Charlotte, NC Contract Role Hybrid Schedule". That indicates schedule: hybrid. So we can include a Schedule section with that detail. Also maybe "Job Expectations" could be considered part of Requirements or Qualifications? But we can treat as a separate section like "Job Expectations" but not in the list of allowed headings. The allowed headings are: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content to those headings. Thus: - Responsibilities: the block after "Responsibilities" up to before "Required Qualifications". That includes consulting, reviewing, analyzing, contributing, collaborating. - Requirements: maybe "Required Qualifications" block (4+ years experience etc). That is a requirement. - Qualifications: maybe "Additional Desired Qualifications" block. - Skills: could be extracted from desired qualifications: excellent verbal/written/interpersonal skills, experience managing AML/CFT risk, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, knowledge of crypto-related AML, experience with MS Office, SharePoint, etc. Could also include knowledge of FFIEC Exam Manual, CAMS certification, etc. Those could be qualifications but we can put them under Skills. - Schedule: "Hybrid Schedule" from the title line. Also maybe mention travel up to 10%? That's under Job Expectations but could be schedule? Travel is not schedule but could be under Job Expectations. However we have no section for Job Expectations; we could incorporate travel under Schedule? Not ideal. But we could include a short note under Schedule: "Hybrid schedule with potential travel up to 10% of the time." That seems reasonable. - Benefits: none explicit. So we should not include Benefits section. - Pay: none. - About the role: not present; we could skip. Thus output HTML with sections:

        ... etc.

        Skills

          ... etc.

          Schedule

... maybe. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep each bullet as a list item preserving the text. Let's extract responsibilities text exactly: "Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Financial Crimes and contribute to large-scale planning related to Financial Crimes deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Financial Crimes challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Financial Crimes deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with Wells Fargo personnel in Financial Crimes." We could split into separate list items per sentence. Requirements text: "4+ years of Financial Crimes, Operational Risk, Fraud, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery, Corruption experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education." Then after that there is more content that seems like responsibilities again? Actually after Required Qualifications, the text continues: "Lead the periodic review process by drafting relationship memos, facilitating compliance calls, analyzing transaction activities, and researching and escalating higher risk issues for correspondent payment and clearing customers. Evaluate the strength of financial institution client AML/CFT and sanctions compliance programs through analysis of control environments and institutional risk appetite. Proactively identify risk issues and work with relationship managers and senior risk officers to develop, document, and implement action plans. Stay attuned to industry and regional trends related to compliance issues, financial crimes, and regulatory actions. Ensure complete, accurate, and timely documentation of customer data within the customer risk management system. Support the bank’s efforts to combat cyber-crime and related fraud typologies. Support the focus of building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of Financial Institution Group’s customers and Wells Fargo." These seem like responsibilities as well, maybe part of the role. The original text had "Required Qualifications" then immediately after that list of duties. So we need to decide where to put them. The posting likely intended those as responsibilities under the role. Since we already have a Responsibilities section earlier, we could combine all responsibility sentences into one list. Thus responsibilities include: - Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Financial Crimes and contribute to large-scale planning related to Financial Crimes deliverables. - Review and analyze moderately complex Financial Crimes challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. - Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Financial Crimes deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. - Collaborate with Wells Fargo personnel in Financial Crimes. - Lead the periodic review process by drafting relationship memos, facilitating compliance calls, analyzing transaction activities, and researching and escalating higher risk issues for correspondent payment and clearing customers. - Evaluate the strength of financial institution client AML/CFT and sanctions compliance programs through analysis of control environments and institutional risk appetite. - Proactively identify risk issues and work with relationship managers and senior risk officers to develop, document, and implement action plans. - Stay attuned to industry and regional trends related to compliance issues, financial crimes, and regulatory actions. - Ensure complete, accurate, and timely documentation of customer data within the customer risk management system. - Support the bank’s efforts to combat cyber-crime and related fraud typologies. - Support the focus of building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of Financial Institution Group’s customers and Wells Fargo. Now Requirements: just the 4+ years line. Qualifications (Additional Desired Qualifications): list: - AML/Financial crimes background and/or experience with correspondent banking. - Experience supporting customer due diligence. - Knowledge and understanding of the FFIEC Exam Manual, CAMS certification, or other financial crimes certifications. - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. - Experience in managing AML/CFT risk. - Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. - Knowledge of crypto-related AML and financial crimes typologies. - Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other applications. Skills: Could we separate skills from qualifications? The desired qualifications include skills like excellent verbal/written/interpersonal skills, experience managing AML/CFT risk, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, knowledge of crypto-related AML, experience with MS Office, SharePoint. Also knowledge of FFIEC Exam Manual, CAMS certification etc could be qualifications. But we can put all under Qualifications and maybe Skills empty? But we need to include a section only if there is real specific content. We could put the skill-like items under Skills and keep qualifications as the experience/background items. Let's decide: Qualifications (maybe "Required Qualifications" already covered). Additional Desired Qualifications could be considered "Qualifications". Skills could be the specific skill items: excellent verbal/written/interpersonal skills, experience managing AML/CFT risk, strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy, knowledge of crypto-related AML and financial crimes typologies, experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other applications. Also knowledge of FFI
