- Eight-hour shifts scheduled Monday–Friday between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM; hours may vary based on operational needs
- Hybrid role: one day per week onsite at 2550 Charles Street, Rockford, IL
About the role
Provide patients with estimated costs for upcoming services and assist them in understanding the billing prepayment process. Review patient coverage to determine the overall cost for the patient’s specific plan of care.
Qualifications
- No minimum education required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Associate’s degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, or related field preferred
Work Experience
- 1 year of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, insurance, or a financial institution required
- 2 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle preferred
