Role Overview: Responsible for identifying payer sources for uninsured and underinsured patients, determining their financial responsibility, and collecting co-pays, deductibles, and deposits prior to scheduled services. Key Responsibilities Serve as a liaison among patients, physicians, hospital staff, and payers to facilitate communication and coordination.Explain available financial assistance programs to patients and support insurance enrollment processes. Qualifications & Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with patients and healthcare providers.Knowledge of insurance processes, financial assistance options, and billing procedures.Ability to accurately assess patient financial responsibility and handle collections professionally.
